We also have several reference studios with our equipment around the world.
If it is not possible to travel to our facilities or one of these studios we could look for an alternative by trying to arrange a visit with one of our customers located in an area close to the requested location.
The structure of our equipment, wood or aluminum frames of Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel, are guaranteed 25 years against any manufacturing defect that affects the functionality of the product.
All other parts and products are warranted for 3 years from the confirmation of receipt of the product against any manufacturing defect that affects the functionality of the product.
The warranty shall apply provided that the product has been used under normal conditions of use and the maintenance recommendations specified by BONPILATES have been followed. Consequently, it does not include deficiencies caused by misuse, accident and/or negligence, and those cases in which the product has been manipulated by non-BONPILATES agents, non-original parts have been used and/or maintenance recommendations have not been followed.
We are manufacturers, we have spare parts for all parts, in addition, for the shipment of spare parts we work with an express shipping service to arrive as soon as possible.
As we are manufacturers, we usually adapt to the needs of our customers. The delivery time depends on the volume of orders in production, but is usually no longer than one or two weeks. In addition, most of our standard models are usually in stock, so we can ship them immediately after payment.
The method of payment is usually transfer in advance at the time of order. We also have credit card payment (payment could be split with this method if the bank allows it) and several financing options: loan, leasing and renting immediately after payment.
In principle the entrance and assembly are not included. By default, in our quotations we usually include transport to the door (although the customer himself can request transport by his own means or come to pick up the order at our facilities).
We can request a quotation from the transport company for incoming equipment if required. The characteristics of the delivery must be indicated.
The assembly is very simple, everything is practically assembled. All our customers assemble the machines themselves. The order is accompanied by instructions, and we also have after-sales service, so no, assembly is not included in the beginning.
Yes, the equipment can be customized.
On the one hand, you can choose the color of the upholstery, we have a wide variety of colors in our color chart. You can also see them in the 3D viewer in each product. The customization of the upholstery has an extra cost of 50€ per machine.
As we manufacture our own we could also customize other aspects of the machines such as heights and lengths of the devices (e.g. height of towers, reformers, length of reformers and cadillacs); extra parts can be added, etc.
We recommend to ask our production team to assess whether the required customization can be done.
With the shipment of the machines we send some maintenance recommendations. These would be the main ones:
Cut the flange that holds the springs, clean the equipment with a microfiber cloth, avoid accumulation of dust and dirt on the guides, change the springs every two years and lubricate with silicone oil periodically, lubricate the wheels with silicone oil periodically and contact the technical assistance department if you observe any anomaly showing a video or photo.
